Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Pressure Control Solenoid 4 (PCS4) Stuck Off / Low Flow. ACTION: Measure resistance of variable bleed solenoid PCS4 (~4–6Ω). Inspect main filter differential pressure indicator; flush the internal valve body channel and perform an Allison DOC shift adaptation relearn.

Proportional Bleed: Unlike on/off solenoids, PCS solenoids modulate clutch exhaust rates; contamination blocks fluid exhaust, causing severe clutch drag or harsh engagement spikes.
