Diagnosis & fix steps
Turbo boost is stuck or erratic; Engine feels underpowered; No turbo "spool" sound; Active stop lamp.
LOGIC: The "phone line" between computers is broken.
ACTION: Check terminating resistors (should measure 60 Ohms across CAN Hi/Lo). Look for rub-points where the harness exits the cab.
FIX: Repair broken J1939 twisted pair wiring or replace faulty resistor.
