Diagnosis & fix steps
EGR Valve Controller - Out of Calibration.
LOGIC: EGR Valve calibration failure. Valve cannot reach fully open or closed stops due to soot or mechanical wear.
ACTION: Inspect for carbon buildup in the valve throat. Perform "EGR Valve Calibration" test via scan tool. Check for binding.
FIX: Clean carbon from valve and seat; replace EGR Valve assembly if internal gears are stripped.
