Diagnosis & fix steps
Engine Overspeed (Most Severe)
LOGIC: Mechanical RPM limit exceeded.
ACTION: Check for "motoring" (load pushing engine). Check for oil in intake (turbo seal leak). Verify RPM sensor signal.
FIX: Clear code if operator error; inspect valvetrain and turbo seals if unforced.
