Diagnosis & fix steps
VGT Actuator Communication Lost
LOGIC: Abnormal Update Rate (J1939 Data Link error).
ACTION: Check the 4-pin plug at the Turbo Actuator for 12V power and CAN Hi/Lo signals. Inspect for "baked" wires near the exhaust.
FIX: Repair J1939 data link wiring or replace the VGT Actuator.
