Machine Creeps Hard While Braking / Sluggish Drive
Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Inching Pedal Rotary Potentiometer Signal Drift.
ACTION: Access the inching sensor bolted to the brake pedal pivot. Verify 5V reference and ground; measure signal output (spec: 0.5V released, sweeping cleanly to 4.5V depressed) and recalibrate via service screen.
Red Seal field insights
Brake vs. Drive Conflict: The inching pedal mechanically drops hydrostatic pump displacement before applying friction brakes; sensor drift makes the machine fight its own brakes.
