Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Drill Feed Cylinder Proportional Valve Solenoid Current High (Short). ACTION: Inspect feed valve solenoid coil for internal winding short (~10–12Ω spec). Trace harness along carriage track for insulation chafing.
