Accelerator Fault. Engine stays at idle; no throttle response.

Diagnosis & fix steps

Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1/2 Correlation. LOGIC: The ECM detects a mismatch between the two signals (Sensor 1 and Sensor 2) in the pedal assembly. ACTION: Use a scan tool to monitor the live percentage of both APP sensors while slowly depressing the pedal. FIX: Clean the sensor connector pins with electrical contact cleaner. If the mismatch persists, replace the Accelerator Pedal Assembly.
