Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Rear Power Take-Off (PTO) Speed Sensor Circuit Low / Grounded. ACTION: Disconnect magnetic pickup sensor on the rear differential/PTO casing. Measure coil resistance (~1,000Ω); check sensor air gap and inspect wiring running near the 3-point hitch links for crush damage.
