Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: A safety transducer (like the anti-two-block or boom hoist pressure) is out of range. ACTION: Inspect the A2B (Anti-Two-Block) switch at the boom tip for ice or bird nests that are jamming the weight.

RED SEAL FIX: On a 1997 model, the external junction boxes have old gaskets. Moisture "bridges" the 5V signal. Open the boxes and blow them out with dry compressed air.
