Symptom
Crawler tracks move slowly or not at all; Engine doesn't "rev up" when traveling.
Diagnosis & fix steps
Travel High/Low Solenoid Fault.
LOGIC: The machine controller is attempting to shift the travel motors into high-speed mode but detects an open circuit in the solenoid coil.
ACTION: 1. Locate the travel solenoids near the swivel.
2. Ohm-test the coils (should be 20-40 ohms).
FIX: Replace the Travel Speed Solenoid Coil or repair the harness at the swivel.
Red Seal field insights
These solenoids are down low near the tracks and often get hit by brush or debris. If the wires look "pulled," you’ve likely caught a branch. Always zip-tie these wires high and tight to the frame.
