Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Spring-Applied Hydraulic-Release (SAHR) Park Brake Valve Short. ACTION: Inspect SAHR proportional solenoid on the central hydrostatic drive manifold. Measure resistance (~20–24Ω); check wiring where it drops through the cab sub-floor for chafing.
