Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: High-Pressure Dust Suppression Water Solenoid Short to Ground. ACTION: Measure resistance to ground on water valve solenoid driver wire. Trace harness along conveyor discharge head for pinch points near the spray bar bracket.
