Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Low.
ACTION: Check 3-pin TPS connector on throttle body for pin fretting. Sweep twist grip with an analog multimeter or oscilloscope (spec: 0.5V closed to 4.2V open, zero flat spots).
