Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Torque Converter Turbine Speed Sensor Signal Voltage High (Open Circuit). ACTION: Disconnect turbine speed pickup on converter bellhousing. Measure internal coil resistance (~1,000–1,400Ω for passive magnetic pickups); check for broken conductors at the transmission casing bulkhead.
