LOGIC: Variable Hydraulic Cooling Fan Motor Proportional Solenoid Open. ACTION: Disconnect fan proportional valve plug on cooler drive pump. Measure coil resistance (~20–24Ω); inspect harness passing near the hot exhaust manifold heat shields.
