Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Pilot Safety Lockout Solenoid Circuit Voltage Low (Short). ACTION: Measure coil resistance on the pilot cutoff solenoid valve beneath the left console (spec: ~22–26Ω). Check harness wiring where the left console hinges up and down for pinched insulation.
