LOGIC: Swing Brake Mechanical Lock Valve Open Circuit. ACTION: Measure resistance on swing lock spool solenoid mounted atop the slew motor (~20Ω). Test 12V output from cab safety console relay; inspect ground wire at main cab grounding block.
