Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Main Pump Negative Flow Control (NFC) Proportional Valve Short to Power.
ACTION: Disconnect pump regulator proportional valve harness. Measure solenoid coil resistance (spec: ~17.5Ω). Inspect wiring harness along pump bay frame for shorting to 24V supply lines.
