LOGIC: Main Hydraulic Pump 1 Proportional Pressure Valve (PRV) Short to Power. ACTION: Measure proportional valve coil resistance on the main Kawasaki pump regulator (~17Ω). Check harness loom passing near engine firewall for 24V shorting.
