LOGIC: High Pressure Common Rail Fuel Pressure Above Normal Operating Limit. ACTION: Test Fuel Pump Fuel Control Valve (FCV) for mechanical sticking. Inspect return line from rail for backpressure or restricted return manifold fittings.
