LOGIC: Common Rail Fuel Metering Unit (MeUn) Signal Voltage High (Open/Short to Power). ACTION: Check two-pin metering unit plug at high-pressure pump for moisture or terminal corrosion. Measure harness continuity back to engine ECU pins.
