LOGIC: Mast Turntable Rotation Brake Solenoid Circuit Voltage Low (Short to Ground). ACTION: Inspect solenoid coil on the mast slew manifold block for insulation breakdown. Check harness routing across the rotary turntable ring for pinch damage.
