Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Main Kelly Winch Brake Release Solenoid Open Circuit. ACTION: Measure solenoid coil resistance on the main winch manifold (~24Ω). Inspect wire leads passing through the upper turntable swivel joint for wire fatigue.
