LOGIC: Electric Fuel Priming Pump Relay Circuit Short to Battery.
ACTION: Inspect the fuel priming pump relay located inside the primary fuel filter housing enclosure. Trace control wire back to Engine ECM plug J1 for harness insulation shorting.
