LOGIC: Fuel Pump Fuel Control Valve (FCV / Electronic Fuel Control) Circuit Fault. ACTION: Measure FCV internal solenoid coil resistance (~3.2Ω spec). Inspect harness connector pins on high-pressure pump for fretting corrosion.
