LOGIC: Fuel Timing Rail Pressure - Voltage Above Normal (Open).
ACTION: Unplug the Rail Pressure Sensor. Check for 5V reference and a solid ground.

PRO-TIP: FMI 3 usually means a broken wire or a "blown" sensor internal circuit. If you have 5V and ground but the signal pin is at 5V constantly, the sensor is internally open.
