Brake Warning Buzzer / High Pedal Effort
Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Brake Hydraulic Accumulator Charge Pressure Sensor Signal Drift.
ACTION: Install a mechanical pressure test gauge on the brake manifold test port. Verify cut-in (~110 bar) and cut-out (~145 bar) cycles; verify accumulator nitrogen pre-charge and replace the drifting sensor.
Red Seal field insights
Pressure Reserve: The Rig Control System (RCS) tracks accumulator charge ramp times; drifting sensor voltage triggers tramming lockouts to prevent uncontrolled runaway down haul declines.
