Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor range error. ACTION: Inspect the intake piping for leaks between the filter and turbo. Clean the MAF sensor element with specialized electronic cleaner.

Specs: MAF signal should change linearly with RPM. RED SEAL FIX: A "dust-out" (leaking air filter) will coat this sensor in grit, "insulating" it from the air and causing the ECM to over-fuel.
