Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor High Voltage.
ACTION: Check for a "short to power" in the 5V reference wire. If the wiring is clean, replace the rail sensor.

Specs: Rail Pressure at idle should be approx. 300–400 bar. RED SEAL FIX: If the sensor reads max voltage at key-on, the internal ceramic element is cracked. Do not over-torque the new sensor!
