Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: PC-EPC (Pump Control Proportional) Solenoid Open Circuit. ACTION: Access hydraulic pump control valve on main pump tandem. Measure PC-EPC solenoid resistance (spec: ~7.0–12.0Ω at 20°C). Inspect 2-pin harness connector for broken locking clip or water wicking from pressure washing.
