Engine Speed Sensor (Revolution) Fault.
LOGIC: ECM/Pump Controller sees 0 RPM while the engine is running.
ACTION: Inspect the speed sensor on the flywheel housing.

Pro-Tip: Check the "air gap" between the sensor and the flywheel gear. If it's too wide, the signal drops out when the engine vibrates under load.
