Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Abnormal signal from the Lower Proximity Sensor (B40 series). ACTION: Perform a "Tug Test" on the sensor cable. These cables are highly exposed to drill cuttings; look for "sheared" insulation near the leader base.

RED SEAL FIX: If the sensor is clean but failing, check the LED on the sensor tail. If it’s ON but the monitor says OFF, the signal wire is broken inside the harness.
