LOGIC: Electric Fuel Lift Pump Relay Circuit Short to Ground.
ACTION: Check fuel lift pump relay in the main fuse/relay center. Measure relay coil resistance (~75–90Ω); inspect wiring harness running down to the chassis-mounted primary fuel water separator.
