Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Exhaust Brake Butterfly Valve Solenoid Open Circuit. ACTION: Locate the exhaust brake pneumatic control solenoid valve on the chassis rail near the transmission. Measure coil resistance (~28–34Ω); check harness terminal pins for road spray oxidation.
