Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Idle Air Control (IAC) System Malfunction. ACTION: Remove electronic rotary IAC valve from throttle body casting. Clean black carbon soot from rotating pintle barrel using throttle body spray; check coil winding resistance (~20–30Ω).
