LOGIC: Hydrostatic Charge Pressure Below Critical Shutdown Level. ACTION: Install a 0–600 PSI mechanical gauge on the hydrostatic charge test port (must read >320 PSI at idle). Inspect hydraulic oil charge filter for collapse; test charge relief valve on tandem pump.
