Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Tilt Actuator Not in Neutral Position at Key-On. ACTION: Connect scan tool or check cluster calibration screen. Inspect mechanical actuator linkage on the main control valve spool for binding or caked mud; re-zero joystick and linear spool actuators via static calibration.

Mud Packing: Packed clay or gravel inside the belly pan dries hard around the mechanical spool linkage, physically preventing the electric actuator motor from returning to absolute zero.
