Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Throttle Position Sensor 1 Circuit Low (Signal Grounded). ACTION: Inspect rotary throttle potentiometer mounted on side console or pedal. Measure signal sweep (spec: 0.5V low idle to 4.5V high idle); inspect wiring where it flexes inside the control console harness.

Console Flex Fatigue: Constant raising and lowering of operator consoles or armrests flexes the throttle signal wire, causing fatigue fractures inside the outer PVC insulation.
