LOGIC: P2 Pump Pressure Sensor is sending an invalid voltage.
ACTION: Verify the 5V reference. Swap P1 and P2 sensors (on the pump stack) to see if the code follows the sensor.

Red Seal Fix: These use a new "Weather-Pack" style connector. If the seal is pinched, moisture gets in and "drifts" the voltage, making the pump stay at minimum swash.
