Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Fuel Rail Pressure Below Normal.
ACTION: Check the PLV (Pressure Relief Valve) on the rail for leaking into the return line.

Specs: Rail pressure should hit 250 bar (3,600 PSI) just to start.
PRO-TIP: Pull the return line off the PLV while cranking. If fuel comes out, the valve is "popped" or has debris in it.
