Diagnosis & fix steps
LOGIC: Aftertreatment Fuel Enable Actuator Open Circuit.
ACTION: Disconnect fuel shutoff solenoid on the Hydrocarbon (HC) doser manifold. Measure internal solenoid coil resistance (spec: ~28–34Ω). Trace harness back to ACM pinout for broken conductors.
