LOGIC: High Pressure Common Rail Fuel Pressure Below Normal (Deviation > 200 Bar).
ACTION: Replace primary and secondary fuel filters. Test Quantity Control Valve (QCV) and inspect Pressure Limiting Valve (PLV) for bypass leakage.
