Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Unit Pump / Injector Solenoid Cylinder 4 Open Circuit. ACTION: Test Cylinder 4 unit pump solenoid coil resistance. Inspect harness routing along the side of the engine block for insulation chafing.
