LOGIC: Fuel Pressure Control Valve (PCV) Permanent Deviation Below Limit. ACTION: Inspect primary fuel filter/water separator for restriction. Test low-pressure electric supply pump output (>3.5 bar) and check PCV solenoid coil for internal shorting.
