Engine won't start; No communication with scanner; Dash says "No Engine Data."
Diagnosis & fix steps
ECM Internal Hardware Error.
LOGIC: The EMR module has failed its internal "checksum" or has a corrupted memory sector.
ACTION: 1. Check main power and ground to the ECM (must be under load).
2. Disconnect battery for 30 mins to "hard reset."
3. Check for 12V at the "Key On" signal pin.
FIX: Flash ECM with latest software or replace the ECM (EMR module).
