Diagnosis & fix steps
Injector Cylinder 1 Open Circuit
LOGIC: ECM detects no current flow to the #1 injector solenoid.
ACTION: Check the harness connector at the valve cover. Measure resistance of injector (usually < 2.0 ohms).
FIX: Repair harness break or replace Injector #1.
