LOGIC: High-pressure fuel pump cannot maintain commanded pressure.
ACTION: Check for air in fuel system. Inspect fuel filters for restriction. Check for leaking injectors.
FIX: Replace fuel filters; replace Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) or High-Pressure Pump.
