LOGIC: Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low (High Pressure System Failure). ACTION: Test low-pressure supply pump volume/pressure (>55 PSI at fuel filter bowl). Inspect high-pressure pump (CP4) metering valve screen for metal filings (pump destruction).
