Diagnosis & fix steps

LOGIC: Hybrid Battery "A" Voltage Unstable / Cell Deviation. ACTION: Hook up FDRS scan tool and check individual cell voltages inside the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM). If one cell deviates from the average for >15 seconds, the pack locks out. Turn key off for >24 hours to let the BECM attempt cell rebalancing; if delta remains high, the hybrid battery pack requires replacement.

Physics Logic: This is an internal lithium-ion balance issue. When cell voltages drop out of alignment, internal resistance creates a hot spot, forcing the BECM to limit electric propulsion to protect the truck from thermal runaway.
